Erin Bachman
Founder/Owner/CEO
Erin Bachman
Founder/Owner/CEO
Erin Bachman is the Founder/Owner/CEO for CCR-OTC along with the Program Director for Canyon Crossing Recovery. She is also the owner of both facilities. Erin and her husband opened Canyon Crossing Recovery in November of 2012. It had always been Erin’s dream to open a facility for women afflicted with addictions on all levels.
She wanted a place where women could come and find themselves. More than anything she wanted it to be a place that women could learn and be challenged to find out the true nature of their disease and leave equipped to handle life on life’s terms while fighting for their lives.
Erin created a program well seasoned in dealing with gender specific treatment for women since she knows one size does not fit all. She knew that although the journey and road would be tough she wanted to open a facility that was willing to take on the challenge of battling the disease and delusion that comes with it. Many say that Erin will tell you the truth despite what you want to hear and will not cosign the disease of addictions manipulation and bondage of self.
She has created a team of unique and honorable men and women ready to handle the daily challenges and miracles they face each day when dealing with their clients at Canyon Crossing. For many years Erin fought her own battle of addiction going from treatment center to treatment center and barely made it out alive. She was a chronic relapser and wondered for many years if there really was another way out there. When Erin finally surrendered and chose a life of sobriety it was like that magic of life began and life took on new meaning for her. She always knew that she wanted to help people especially women but at the time had hoped to continue with a sober and fulfilling life she had been gifted herself.
She finally made the choice to follow her dreams and she created a phenomenal program built for success. Success to Erin is helping as many women as she and her staff can in hopes that one may make it out of the darkness and into the light. Along with her own personal recovery experience, she has years of operations and management experience in the recovery field. Erin has worked in multiple treatment settings, from detox hospitals to both inpatient and outpatient programs and finds the work that she does extremely fulfilling and a gift from something greater than her. Erin has exceptional skills, abilities and one of a kind strategy in dealing with the issues that present themselves for women going through treatment. She is attentive, supportive and informative to her staff, clients and families. Her objective at the end of the day is to do her best to make sure the women of Canyon Crossing know their lives are totally worth fighting for.

Pamela Howard

Pam graduated from ASU in 1989 with a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science and started her career at the Family Crisis Center in Glendale AZ. She then contracted for CPS to remove children from sexually assaultive families and get them into a safe environment so they could be prosecuted.
After doing that for approx. 10 years, Pam decided to take a break and found herself in the Animal Welfare world as a Director of Operations for a small 501(c) that helped abused dogs and cats find a safe place to call home. Pam moved to Prescott AZ from Mesa AZ in 2018 and once again started working with teenage girls as a case manager at a residential treatment center in Prescott Valley AZ.
Dealing with addiction in her own family, she made the decision that she wanted to start working with adults that are focused on treatment not only for themselves but their families as well, which is what lead her to Canyon Crossing Recovery. In Pam’s spare time you can find her riding her horses, WarPearl, and Daisy Mae on her property in Prescott Valley.
